by the way, there's an easier way of doing the original version too: you turn off zoomability for the neon part, zoom in more than you would usually and just do a little bit at a time

Hey Kenneth I am a mobile youtuber, do you have any suggestions on any free editting software with out water mark for videos

In my first videos I used Apple iMovie. Had everything you need to make simple cuts and transitions. My friend uses a free software called AVS for his gaming videos. Aside from that I'm pretty uneducated on free software though

My problem is, whenever I am done with the photo, the photo quality gets very bad.

Kenneth Wayne yeah, if the photo was taken Portrait mode on my iPhone, it gets lower in quality, also PicsArt is giving me a hard time trying to save to my photos into my regular gallery, i had to upload it to yo Facebook to save it 😂 either way, you’re appreciated bro. Thank you, I’m having fun making even more edits on PicsArt, been using it for years and never thought I could do this.

Hey, can this be done with Snapseed?

Yes. You just need a neon picture with a white background and then you can set the blend mode to "screen" and it should work
