it happened to me too. I lost interest in photo and videography a couple months ago but i found some new interests such as coffee, crocheting, and some other stuff that i never thought i would be interested in. So i think it's best to just let your mind free to explore new stuff even if you had to sacrifice some of your older interests as long as it's all good and fun.

I’m the same with getting hyper focused and I’ve also just done 2 services on my car and van, changed coil packs and changed full brake system and suspension - from a van the garage said was not worth saving and putting the money into it to fix it - to having done all the work myself and got my van back running!
